- Action Review Group has been under contract with the PA Department of Public Welfare(DPW) Since 1985 as The Medical Review Team (MRT).
- We assist the Disability Advocacy Program (DAP) in evaluation of disability for adult and children SSI and SSDI cases and medical assistance eligibility cases.
- Services are provided statewide.
- Referrals are accepted from DAP, private attorneys, individuals and insurance companies.
- Action Review Group utilizes the Five-step Sequential Evaluation Process, Social Security Rules, Regulations, and Rulings, circuit case law, Medical/Vocational Guidelines, Program Operations Manual Systems and our personal expertise.
- The MRT is comprised of Board Certified Physicians with active private practices, Ph.D, Clinical Psychologists and Master's Level Vocational Counselors.
- The MRT provides reviews to approximately 10,000 cases per year, through our existing contract with the DPW.
