
Action Review Group offers a complete review and analysis of objective medical documentation, diagnostics, reports from other providers and an analysis of a person's age, education, and work history.
Utilizing all relevant data, we provide a Comprehensive Report as to how an individual meets, equals or functionally equals a listing of impairments.
For those who do no meet or equal a listing, we provide a functional analysis as to why a person cannot perform Substantial Gainful Activity(SGA)., utilizing Medical/Vocational Guidelines and Girds, and our professional vocational expertise.
We also provide consultation on the development of cases. Our analysis will consist of recommendations on further objective medical documentation needed.
Master's level Vocational Counselors analyze an individuals past work, to include duties and responsibilities, Dictionary of Occupational Titles description, and exertional and nonexertional tasks.
We provide an analysis of how an impairment or combination of impairments affects the individual's ability to perform SGA.
Our analysis can be presented at an ALJ hearing, or at all stages of appeal. This includes a signed certification by a physician or psychologist and Master's Level Vocational Counselor and a Vocational Report rationale of our findings.
Action Review Group can answer interrogatories to specific medical conditions and vocational hypotheticals.
